I am 3.5 months pregnant. I am having pain in right upper side back teeth and gums. Doing saline warm water rinse from 2 days. Have taken Dolo 650 twice today and hexidine mouth wash after meal. Not much relief. Attaching pic of teeth also.

From what I could make out your lower right wisdom tooth seems to be decayed and broken on the back side. This tooth will be advised removal most likely. Seeing the current situation you are in
Tab clavum / Augmentin 625mg twice a day for 5 days is safe and if pain dosent subside on taking paracetamol 650mg..then visit your gynaecologist for a prescription of tab Tramadol which won't be available to you without a valid prescription

Hi..pics are not very clear but looks like a cavity. You can consult your gynecologist for a stronger painkiller if pain is not subsiding with dolo 650. Gynecologist will b the better person to prescribe as per your medical fitness.

Yes it will take time,unfortunately u r pregnant so Dr .can't prescribe u powerful medications.
Now its a kind of dental emergency but due to lockdown u can't go outside and even if u manage to go u won't find any dentist
So plz take tab. Novamox 500 mg( 3 times a day after food
Tab.Dolo 650 mg after food 2 times a day
Kindly continue the medicine for next 5 days
