Guilt and depression

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I infected my mom with covid because I was careless and she got hospitalized with pneumonia.. She survived but got fibrosis.. Now that same fibrosis place, a 3 cm mass is formed and doctors are saying it's cancer.. my mom is crying and i m dying in agony and pain knowing that i m the cause of my mother's misery.. I infected her in the first wave, I did not wear mask and went out partying.. I did a sin and want to die.. please tell me if i m the most horrible person or there are others like me.. I am begging for help 🙏 I have no money for therapy orelse would have done it already .. Doctors are God, once you saved my mom.. Save me too, I feel like I'm burning up from inside and dying slowly everyday in guilt
