Growth under my tongue

I have a growth under my tongue. It is a bit weird. It doesn't hurt but it is annoying. I seems like it gets full of liquid though out the day and some time it seem like it is flat. I would like help. Thank you very much.

U need to visit a dentist , he will check clinically nd tell u wat is the growth , most probably it will be a mucocoele or a ranula ... It is needed to be treated clinically ...
