Growth plates query
I'm really stressed upon my height. Despite having good height genetic potential I'm just 5'6. My question is, is it possible to have two growth spurts if I end up being late bloomer?? Like my first growth was at 12-13 then I just grew minimal. Then since the age of 15.5 I'm stuck with my height. In some cases I've heard we grow till 20 and some says 95% growth is finished at 17-18. Can i grow 3-4 inches after 18? As I've seen many peoples go from 5'7 5'8 to over 6foot at the age of 18,19 So is it possible for me? Literally it's ruining my mental peace Also need to tell, my diet is always proper also I'm regularly into sports and fitness despite why I'm so short? My brother he's right now just 14, he's 5'7 Same genes, Same food type, Same lifestyle Then why this height difference?? My parents are 5'9 and 5'5 respectively
