Possibility of increasing height at 25
Doctor I'm 24 years old girl. My height is 5ft , Is it possible to increase height by 2-4 inches after 24 with exercise or any other healthy alternative ? It's a genetic problem my parents height is also not much. It's important for me to increase height please advise if there is any scope of growth, Expecting a positive reply.

Hello as per law of average you height will be average height of your parents and siblings .. you can eat well and exercise well as you will get some increase but can’t be sure
