I had groin pull, while doing plank exercise, whàt is the time to heal, will it heal on it's own...
I don't have specific pain, but my whole leg pains from thigh to foot when I do activities

Any muscle sprain may take anywhere between 1 week to 3 weeks depending on the rest taken. If you give complete rest to those areas, it will heal very quickly.
Try to avoid exercising for a week, apply ice to those areas where it is painful.
