Groin muscle ache in inner thigh
I get an ache in the muscle that extends from groin along inner thigh almost upto the knee. This happens mainly when I am lying asleep and trying to turn over. Then either way I turn the muscle aches when I try to bend my knee. It seems to be fine only in the knee-straight position or if I lie straight and bend my knee several times

Knee bending pain & comfortable at stretched means muscle injury.but you need detailed clinical examination for confirmation & other common painful conditions the knee joints to be ruled out. Ultrasound examination of knee joint will definitely helpful to find out that cause. It's better to consult the pain consultant. Till then keep your knee at comfortable position. Don't strain.
