Groin lump
Lump in the groin near the leg joint In the left side .
Lump came all of a sudden a day back when I touch it it feels like small ball beneath the skin and pains .
Very slight discomfort and pain is there if I don't touch it .

It could be a case of femoral hernia but chances of having hernia at this age is little rare, need physical examination for the same, and check for increasing in swelling sign on coughing...
It could be a case of lipoma also, need to check for the consistency
