Groin Injury
I have been exercising regularly.However whenever I play football I get a groin pull each time.Should I visit and consult a physio or try home exercise.

In my opinion you need to do cold packs followed by stretching exs known as cryostretch...and after that you need to do strengthening exs with minimum weights and repetitions and gradually increasing them... In stretching exs u need to do hamstring exs , gluteus stretch , quadriceps stretch , piriformis stretch followed by strengthening of the same muscles... get well soon and take care...
