you should do stress relieving exercises to avoid grinding of teeth.. otherwise you will have problems of teeth sensitivity in future..
you can use mouth guard to avoid grinding..

well. this is an unusual habit. relieve ur stress r anxiety by yoga r meditation. if this continues u will have bruxism which leads to sensitivity. to save ur teeth u can wear a guard for which u have to visit ur dentist
