Grief of husband and fear of death
Hi. Its been 10 months my hubby is no more because of heart attack in the age of 29. After that i got to know i have hole in heart by birth. That was another shock for me. I got operated on that. M always scared of death and i feel even ill die soon like my husband.. please suggest me how to think positive and be strong.

One day you have to leave this world but till that time you have life which needs to be cherished & enjoyed. Stop focusing on negative events in your life & be thankful for positive incidents, like the dignosis & operation of hole in your heart well in time. Have a healthy & happy life.
