Hi there ! Instead of colouring your hair let’s add colour to Your life by 1. Exercising 45 to 60 min a day ( no not only yoga) 2. Eating right foods at the RIGHT TIME 3. Sleeping at 10 pm ( it’s not how long you sleep but what time you sleep that helps in slowing aging- which is happening with your hair). Colouring is camouflage and touch ups are needed in covering gray . Touch ups need application on scalp which means roots are exposed to high concentrations of peroxides which is but of course unhealthy. Don’t mistake colouring gray hair as the same for streaks or highlights ( which are done away from the root). Minimal Damage toh hoga the moment you start touch ups ( since products in the market are a tad better and safer).
Next Steps
The next step is To accept that hair is important indicator of your healthy and how well you are aging. Bad hair = unfit body And find a good colour specialist and not just some random person who runs a salon :) ( I say this with respect to all that are making an honest living - no Offence meant to their hard work. But a lot of chemistry is involved in hair colouring and not all colour specialists understand it).
Health Tips
There are some solutions that can help graying before 30 BUT BUT BUT only if you are sincere with the above 3 steps. One cannot Make a blank promise with these hair solutions but you could try them. Visit a dermat to know more :) Hope this helps in understanding that health is very important in reversing or more importantly ( henceforth ) PREVENT further graying. Touch ups are a mere temporary cover up. Have a healthy life!
