Gradual phyangitis
Sir I am suffering from chronic granual pharyngitis from last 3,4 year.
It is very painful when white patches comes on throat wall and this cycle repeat after 15 days.
If I take azthriomycin it will diagnose me in 3 days and if I do not take any antibiotics then it will take 7 days for getting ok. And after 15 days this pharyngitis comes again.
What should I do sir.
I visit many doctor but still there is no result.

Sir u should maintain good oropharyngeal hygiene.
Gurgle with betadine 1tsf diluted in 1/2 glass of water after every meal. Take tablet Rabeprazole Levosulpride everyday empty stomach 1/2 hr before breakfast. Use Saline nasal drops 3 drops 5 times a day in each nostril.
Avoid spicy fried juck food, exposure to dust, smoke etc.
Maintain good hydration, drink 3 litres of liquid in every 24 hrs.
