Grade 3 medial maniscal tear
Hello doc's. I am 19 year old male. I had grade 3 tear of post. horn of medial maniscal.. Got injury about 1.5month..i don't want to undergone surgery procedures.. Can u please help me to suggest if it's possible le to get cured without surgery?

Hi. Medial meniscus tear if you want no surgery we can try conservative treatment by avoiding sitting cross legged, squatting, avoiding terminal flexion of knee. Also, non weight bearing walking for couple of weeks with medication. If the symptoms still persists after 3 weeks or so then consider surgery

If there is problem of locking, or pain while walking then you may be left with no other option than surgery.
