Grade 2 Fatty Liver
Hi recently I have done my health check up. I am 33 years old and report says I have grade 2 fatty liver. In the liver function test I could see Serum Globulin as 3.5 all others are within normal range. I used to take red meat a lot and was drinking very less water. Was it the main reason to develop fat in liver? My height is 5.11 and I am weighing 83 KG. I have started morning walk. Please let me know what would be cause for fatty liver and what do I need to do to reverse it back to normal

Enroll yourself in a good exercise or work out session.  Have your fasting lipid profile check up.  You are more than 25 kg above your weight for height.  Can get a baseline fibroscan test to assess liver stiffness.
