Gout problem
My brother is taking Tsart CT 40 tablet in the morning and Met XL 50 at night for hypertension. Recently his blood report reveals serum creatinine 0.71 mg/dl and Uric acid 10.4 mg/dl, he is facing acute gout pain. Should he take zyloric 300 tablet for uric acid?

Please discuss the problem with the Physician who is treating him for hypertension. You didn't mention if his BP is controlled. This type of treatment needs monitoring too. So stick to one Physician.

The blood work is fine no problem. In case of chronic gout Zyloric 300 does not have any effect. Please buy a BP machine from nearby pharmacy or buy from amazon. Dietary changes like salt restrictions are needed. Check serum uric acid levels and take a online consultation.
