Hello Mam, Looking at the x-rays you have uploaded,the wisdom tooth seems to be infected. It is better to get it removed as it seems to be a vertically impacted tooth and there is no need to replace these teeth,once they are removed. Get it done by a specialist Maxillo-facial surgeon only. Regards Dr Sumanmakam
