Got dandruff in Eyelids . Can I use t bact / cortisone optichlor eye ointment. Please help in that..

you might be having squmous blephritis. please do hot foamentation with sodabicarb 3%sol .ie mix a pinch of sodabicarb in a bowel of hot water dip and squeeze a cotton swab and put it on eyes. rub this swab on lid margins, so as to remove the white scales. then rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids. put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.
