Got a cut, applied dettol..

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I got a cut around my penis thigh so i applied dettol on it which caused a burn around there and a little dettol touched to my penis mouth so it caused a burn there also but later some time it got normal, the cut was got by a clean object misfortunately around my thigh during lifting an steel rod, i want to know is there any further care i required to do with it or not...
