Hello. I have nephrotic syndrome. Protein in urine. 2.1gm in 24hr. My question is...what is good and bad food for me.

Have high protein diet.. restrict sodium and cholesterol intake . Have food such as egg whites,soya Breans.. more information would be needed to plan a diet for you.
