Hello friend Laser is beneficial in golfers elbow. But again depending upon your condition. Along with that you have to use golfer's elbow splint Splint ll cure you alone for more than 50%.

The elbow needs to be evaluated to see where is the origin of the problem. Just giving electrical modalities like ultrasound,  IT,  Laser , etc ... won't cure . Visit a good mckenzie therapist in your area and get your elbow evaluated, your spine for any stiffness and your postures in the day if they are the ones aggrevating the elbow issue. You should also do a lot of ice packs on the tender spots of the elbow as often as possible to bring down the issue.

Had u gone for immobilisation & avoidance of repeated stress injury & other triggering factors ? If it is Golfer's Elbow it shall respond well to brace & elbow immobilizer... No therapy can help unless provocative factors eliminated.
