My father glucose levels are increased recently, below is the glucometer readings today Before meal - 306 After meal - 420 He is using glycomit tri 2/0.3 tablets, is he needs to change his medication?

One off readings should be rechecked. Check it again every 30 min for next two hours. If not coming down then and he feels unwell take him to a hospital. If it comes down, check tomorrow morning fasting and post lunch. If those also high get his medication reassessed.
