A proper skin care regime is a must, which is decided based on the skin type, lifestyle, and several other factors. Various products and chemicals are available in market, like retinol, vit. C, glycolic acid etc, but unsupervised use of the same can cause damage more than benefits. Also, some pigmentation might be due to some underlying cause, which needs to be looked into. Kindly take a consultation for the same.

There are various nice ingredients to try vit c, retinol, kojic, azeleic acid, ferrulic acid, aha, peptides etc and these are expensive products so dont buy randomly. Skin care regime needs to be customised as per your skin type, concerns, routine, lifestyle etc to get you the maximum benefits.
