Glaucoma Vit B12 deficiency
Disc suspected. My Intocular pressure is between 20 to 21. No family history. I am a patient of gastritis for 2 years. Which toubles my Vitamin B12 levels. Does B12 deficiency cause Glaucoma???

Glaucoma is not related to vitamin B12 deficiency. But optic disc changes can be there with Vitamin B12 deficiency . which can mimic like glaucoma disc. Proper vision assessment And colour vision test and visual field should be checked

No, there is no association between B12 deficiency and glaucoma. High BP and high blood sugar levels do damage the optic nerves.
