As the rate of increase of damage due to glaucoma is not uniform for all patients, I would recommend that you follow up with your ophthalmologist every 6 months to 1 year or as and when they have suggested it. Studies show that OHT per se does not require any treatment and plainly treating OHT does not mean that you will prevent glaucoma. Glaucoma is only diagnosed with perimetry or a visual field test. If there are changes in this test, only then would any kind of treatment would be recommended. Having said that it seems to me that you are in good hands and your doctor has done a good job of measuring your eye pressure and testing you appropriately. Glaucoma when detected early has excellent prognosis as long as treatment compliance is good. So do not worry, just follow up with your doctor regularly and she/he will take good care of you
