Parotid gland enlargement may be infective which is managed by antibiotics but will need ultrasound or CT scan to find out cause, if it isn't infective then ultrasound guided needle aspiration is to be done to find out cause and treat accordingly.

I can understand your concern.
First of all, parotid gland is not a problem.
Its a gland normally present in everyone and its one of the salivary gland.
Also, the normal size of parotid gland is 32mm around. So i do not know what you mean by "suffering from parotid gland size2.2"
