Sure it can be cured by proper homoeopathic medicines. Homeopathy or homoeopathy is a pseudoscientific system of alternative medicine. Its practitioners, called homeopaths, believe that a substance that causes symptoms of a disease in healthy people can cure similar symptoms in sick people; this doctrine is called similia similibus curentur, or "like cures like".

Homeopathic medicines are safe to take even during pregnancy. But a right medicine chosen basis your entire case history will take you towards cure. Taking combination medicine doesn’t warrant any cure and it may relapse soon.

Hi dear Piles problem is very common in pregnancy. There ae only limited number of medicines to be used while being pregnant. Homoeopathic doctors also won't prescribe any medicine unless it is very much necessary during pregnancy. If symptoms are minimal you need not worry. As pregnancy progresses you may feel some recovery. Try to manage the situation. Avoid being constipated. First try having more fruits and water. Have fiber rich food. Have more vegetables. You can try applying some coconut oil to the rectal opening about 1/2 inch deeper twice a day. This will help in minimizing the symptoms.
