Getting pimples and white head all over the face, chest, back and shoulder. They are leaving marks on face and all over the body. It has almost covered all back and shoulders and forhead. Please suggest some ointment or some diet changes. Since yesterday even feeling itching on arms

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
