Hello. After taking duphaston because my periods were about 3 weeks late now i just the periods What do u suggest so in the future to get the periods in time and not late as always

Delay in periods can be because of plenty of reasons like PCOS, stress anxiety thyroid disorders....you should get yourself evaluated

It's OK for your periods to get delayed once in a while for few days. But 3 wks is a long time. If your periods are always late like this then you need to get evaluated for the underlying reason.
