Getting over stressed
I m getting over stress. Becoming more arrogant with every one. I am doing engineering. I got stuffed wot arrers. My parents are already suffering for money.i feel more  guilty tht i m wasting theri money. I cnt even clear ma arrers. I dont knw wht to do. Smetimes i try to quite myself but i cant able to do. I think of mu parents at tht time. I refuse to get quiting myself. But i feel like i m useless even i cnt clear my arrears. Sometime i think i wanna go smewhr top of a hill or clif to shout loud. I cry all nights holding a pillow tightly witout a noise. My head is paining a lot. I wanna quit myself. But on seeing ma parents i dont want to.

Hi dear Going to atherpist and taking medication could help, but in the mean time you could work as under First and foremost shift your focus from problem to solution....You are capable, smart and strong, it's okay that you weren't able to pass smoothly, the reason probably could be disinterest in the field you have chosen. Find out what is that you are good at I understand your concern about your parents and their financial condition, but by remaining in guilt over it, you will worsen your condition...so let go off the guilt. Chalk out your path, if you wish to continue studying engineering then come out of all the guilt and fear and start working hard and if you are simply not interested and in a position to study then it's okay to quit if you have made a mistake in choosing. It is not the end of the world...so decide what will help both you and your parents and move in that direction. Remember you are valuable and lovable kid to the universe . Self pity gets you no where so get and move, you can do it

Dear you are in severe depression.. You need to be started with anti depressants.. Everything wil be alright. Meet psychiatrist along with your parents as soon as possible.
