Hi all,
I am a 35 year old female. Mother of 3 year old and an IT professional.
I'm not physically active. My days goes away waking up cooking meals for family, making kid ready to daycare, and then work. Similarly in the evening, I spend time playing with kid, then back to cooking.
I have lately observed, I'm getting chronic lower back ache or feel lethargic most times.
Kindly advice on any supplement I should take.

IT people are more prone to increasing weight, back pain , eye sight , hair loss among others due to the long sitting hours, stress job , odd timings. Not exposure to sunlight
Every job might have different issues, so we can not shift the job but to adjust the lifestyle accordingly.
1. Choose a good chair with back support , back pain is very dangerous and it affects overall health.
2. Always take a break every one hour , what I do is, drinking frequently water do that we need to go urine frequently
3. Do some kind of stretching exercise
4. Better close your eyes for every few minutes for 1-2 seconds
5. Sleep at least 7-8 hours
6. Just relax and avoid stress as possible.
7. If possible go for running
Other than running HIIT workout at home like burpee etc.
follow yoga poses if you have not enough time
