Constantly getting very bad dreams that would often cause heaviness after waking up. Sleep pattern is random, late at night till morning and sometimes during day. I get dreams whenever I sleep. Sometimes I will be struggling to shout or gasping for breath.

Avoid use any gadgets 1hour before sleep and in bed when going to sleep.
Avoid taking coffe tea or any hard products before sleep.
Regular exercises, or yoga or cycling or swimming, gym is very important.
