Getting a small bump from last 2 months
I am getting a small bump just behind my left lower wisdom teeth from the last 2 months every week. This bump always suddenly occurs whenever or while I eat something and feel with my tongue (I can feel that). That bump will pop and convert to some ulcer type (it will pain for one day) and then it heals in 1 day or so. Attaching pic. Pls suggest what to do?

A small, round, movable lump in the inner lower jaw is most commonly a reactive lymph node, minor salivary gland swelling, or a mucous cyst (mucocele). These are usually benign. Avoid repeated touching or irritation and maintain good oral hygiene. If it increases in size, becomes painful, hard, or does not resolve within 2–3 weeks, please consult an oral medicine specialist or oral surgeon for clinical examination and, if needed, imaging.

Hello, This sounds like a recurrent gum infection around the wisdom toot called pericoronitis. It bursts, forms an ulcer, then heals—common with partially erupted or impacted wisdom teeth. Treating the wisdom tooth will stop this from happening again and again. In my opinion getting the wisdom tooth removed is the ultimate solution. Take care.
