Is there any ideal time for taking the fasting sugar levels ? We've noticed that the results vary quite a bit within 15 mins after waking up. Numbers tend to go down quite quickly in a span of 10-15 mins

If u r using glucometer at home it give report of capillary blood...
Venous blood report is more authentic than capillary blood report
