Emale, 26I'm 18 week pregnant... I recently got my GCT test with 75gms.the result came around 143 mg/dl. after 2 hour of drinking glucose..is there any problem that I'm diabetic now..? I need to take insuline?? Or it will decrease after diet..

Ur reports are marginal. As of now no need to start on treatment. First maintain ur diet consult dietitian for detailed diet chart. Monitor sugars regularly 4 times a day with glucometer. So sugars should be fasting < 95 after food 1 hr 140, 2 hrs after food 120. So if it’s maintaining in above range nothing to worry. If high need to start treatment.
