Gerd??? Exercise?
So, i am suffering from nausea, indigestion and stomach gnawing sometimes.. Is it possible that it's happening due to my heavy workouts in gym? I have noticed that whenever i workout heavy, i get burps and regurgitation many times, and the food that i have eaten at lunch shows up in throat... Even though i give 3 hrs gap between lunch and gym, still it happens, should I stop working out? Is exercise the main cause of my gerd and indigestion? Please help!

Usually exercise won’t cause gerd May be you have a weak LES or ulcer It’s not possible to say without more details and some tests In the mean time you can try to do only aerobic exercises in standing position and see how you might feel If symptoms persist then consult a physician
