I've been having geographic tongue from one month..i went to dental doctor..and he checked my mouth and said that due to vitamin deficiency you got that..eat dry fruits and take water 4 liters per day..i done all those but my tongue remains same..white circles sores are coming and going and changing places..please tell me what to do sir..

This geographic tongue is usually genetic and runs in the family. Even otherwise, there's no straight forward treatment. If you have pain, then please get any over the counter painkillers. And visit a maxillofacial surgeon or pathologist to rule out any possibility of other conditions. It is usually due to a vitamin deficiency as said by your dentist previously.
