There can be multiple causes including hernia, muscle pain, problems with testis and occasionally prostate or bladder problems. Stone in Ureter can also cause similar pain. Please see an urologist. You will need ultrasound abdomen and scrotum and urine analysis to start with. A good clinical examination by urologist is also essential
