Pain in testicle n groin
Pain in groin area and right testicle which seems to form like a lump on testis. This pain started from my groin area and testis which spread through my legs. I have never had this problem earlier. This is my first time and it is already 4 days.

Hi there I understand your concern... Testicular swelling maybe due to many reasons some of them are hernia,hydrocele,epididymitis, orchitis, varicocele,testicular tumor etc...detailed clinical examination and evaluation is necessary and you may require investigations like usg as well... I would suggest you to consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
