Groin and testicular pain
Hello, I am having pain in my right testicle. While walking it pains when it comes in contact with thighs. When the pain starts, the pain also starts in groin. Sometimes my right testicle looks bigger and sometimes normal. What can be the problem?

Hello sir, this pain may be due to epididymoorchitis (inflammation of testes and epididymis) or varicocele(stagnation of blood in veins from testes) or may be inguinal hernia. You need to have scrotal scan done,,, Consult your general surgeon, he will do the rest.
