  4. Genital ulcers (male) To for treatment?

I have developed 4-5 ulcers on my penis and foreskin (prepuce) that are extremely tender but not painful yet. I am 47 years and had unprotected intimate relations with a stranger two weeks back. There is pus exudate from my penis that I can see but urination is not painful. I have given blood samples for STD testing. Who do I go to for treatment?
