Small Ulcer inside penis

Asked for Male, 27 Years

For the past 2 days I have been facing pain while urinating, And I can see a small ulcer has formed inside penis , and it is paining when we touch the tip of that part . So can anyone suggest it may be ointment or tablets. Thanks in advance for the suggestion.
