  4. Ulcer in foreskin. Please do help.

Ulcer in foreskin.
Hello Sir. The last 3 days I am having an oval ulcer in the inside of my foreskin. It is painless but with occasionally irritation. I have an active sexual life too. However the entire glans penis is normal without any symptomps. Its reddish in appearance with 0.5 mm approx width. Please do help.
