Are you suffering from white discharge? Is it accompanied by itching in private parts or burning while passing urine? If Yes, the cause is Pelvic inflammatory disease, and for that treatment will work well. If you dont have itching or burning at urnianation, then dont worry about the white discharge. Many women consider the "white discharge " to be something precious fluid which is leaving the body. This anxiety is more harmful than the white discharge!!!! white discharge is Normal before menses, after menses and during mid cycle....... It is like saliva......just a secretion. If there are NO infective causes, the white discharge needs to be disregarded. and just a watch on it is enough. Having an ulcer in the cervix is NOT such a life threatening disease that one has to remove the uterus for it!!!!!! If you have finished your family, you may go in for invasive treatment. For most patients, a regular annual PAP smear to look for changes in the cervical vaginal cells is all that is required, along with some antibiotics if there is infection or simple local treatments like chemical or surgical cautery........ If your OBGYN is insisting on a hYsterectomy, change the doctor.
