  4. Ulcer and itching on penis. I am going?

Ulcer and itching on penis
I have ulcer on penis Doctor said these are symptoms of herpes and Doctor advise me  to take test I did test of Hiv Syphiliss Shv 1 and shv 2 All reports are negative could someone tell through what i am going ?
