I have molluscum in genital area my doctor suggested me some std tests all other tests were normal but hsv 2 igg test was positive with activity index of 1.58 i have never had any symptoms do i need to worry please suggest also using tretinoin from past 20 days on my molluscum bumps some have fade away some still persist but i havr noticed tip of my penis lips is red and painful when touched it it concerning please tell
