The anxiety could be due to basic nutritional deficiencies that can be easily corrected. To prevent herpes you need to use ayurvedic formulations after doing proper HAIP Root Cause Analysis. As a first step start following HAIP DIET immediately and seek consultation for addressing the root cause.
From a medical perspective, your life is not over because of HSV-2. Genital herpes is a chronic but manageable infection, and many people with HSV-2 go on to have successful marriages, healthy relationships, and children.
However, weekly outbreaks for many months are not typical and deserve reassessment by a dermatologist, venereologist, or infectious disease specialist. Frequent recurrences are often managed with long-term suppressive antiviral therapy, which can significantly reduce both the frequency of outbreaks and the risk of transmission to a partner. If you're still having outbreaks every week despite treatment, your doctor should review your diagnosis, treatment regimen, and look for factors that may be contributing, such as stress or other health conditions.

Health Tips
Prioritize adequate sleep, stress reduction, regular exercise, and a balanced diet, as emotional stress can sometimes contribute to more frequent outbreaks. Avoid sexual contact whenever you have active blisters or symptoms suggestive of an outbreak. Most importantly, please don't face these thoughts alone. HSV-2 is a medical conditionâit does not define your worth, your future, or your ability to have a loving marriage and family. Thank you
This is absolutely not something your life should end over.
Don’t let a manageable medical condition decide the course of your entire life.
Please don’t take any extreme decision because of HSV-2.
HSV-2 is a manageable condition. Recurrences can be controlled with proper treatment, and people with herpes get married, have relationships, children and lead completely normal lives.
Right now, the fear and anxiety seem to have become much bigger than the disease itself.
Since you are having very frequent blisters, get yourself properly evaluated and treated. There are good options to control recurrent episodes.
And since you mentioned suicidal thoughts, please speak to someone close to you today and don’t stay alone when you feel this overwhelmed.
This problem can be dealt with. Your life, marriage and future are not over.
Again... Don’t make an irreversible decision over something that can be managed.
Nothing to worry.
It can be curable.
Need to give medicines to blood purify first.
Then other medicines.
Don't worry about your happy future life.
We can cure it
Genital herpes (HSV-2) is a manageable condition and it does not mean that your life or future relationships are over. Recurrent outbreaks can be frequent, especially during the first year, but they can often be significantly reduced with appropriate antiviral treatment.
Since you are having outbreaks almost every week, please consult a Dermatologist/STD specialist for confirmation and discussion of suppressive antiviral therapy, rather than treating each episode only when it appears. Your partner should also be counselled and, if appropriate, tested.
You can get married and have a normal relationship, but honest disclosure to your future partner and precautions to reduce transmission are important.
Most importantly, you have mentioned suicidal thoughts and previous hospital admissions for anxiety. Please don't handle this alone. Arrange an urgent psychiatric consultation and stay with a trusted family member/friend when these thoughts are intense. If you feel you may harm yourself or have a plan to do so, please go to the nearest emergency department immediately. In India, you can also contact Tele-MANAS at 14416 (24×7).
HSV-2 is a medical condition—not the end of your life. With proper treatment and mental-health support, people can have fulfilling relationships and a normal life.
I'm really sorry you're going through this. HSV-2 can be emotionally overwhelming, especially when outbreaks are frequent, but your life is not over. Many people with genital herpes go on to have relationships, get married, and live fulfilling lives. Frequent outbreaks in the first year are common and can often be reduced significantly with suppressive antiviral treatment and stress management.
What concerns me most is that you mentioned suicidal thoughts. Those thoughts deserve immediate attention, regardless of whether you feel you would act on them.
Please contact your psychiatrist, a trusted family member, or a close friend today and let them know how you're feeling.
If you feel you might act on these thoughts or feel you cannot keep yourself safe, go to the nearest emergency department or call your local emergency services immediately. Do not stay alone.
For the herpes itself, please see a dermatologist/venereologist or an infectious disease specialist. If you're having outbreaks every week, you may benefit from daily suppressive antiviral therapy, which can markedly reduce recurrences and lower transmission risk. Anxiety treatment is also important because stress itself can trigger outbreaks.
You do not have to face this alone. Please consult me so I can guide you with a holistic plan for managing recurrent HSV, anxiety, and your overall well-being.
Dear friend.
I recommend you to see a Skin and VD doctor as ap. Your infection is not under control and may cause serious damages to your body systems.
A sure shot antiviral therapy along with anti-anxiety treatments are recommended.
Health Tips
Pl calm down and let medicine work things out. Also inform your GF about the condition and let her also have treatments as she is a carrier and might infect you again.
