Health Tips
Generalised Anxiety Disorder is associated with excessive worrying which leads to increase in intensity of IBS.
Suggestions would be:
1. Meet a CBT practitioner, CBT can help you to work on negative thoughts.
2. Set up a schedule, so that you can have your distractions for the day. sitting alone and idle can give more space to negative thoughts.
