Got affected by viral fever on September 25th after that I took the course of antibiotics then recovered from fever in that time I done with every test like blood culture and typhoid ,dengue , malaria, covid test everything is negative and blood reports also normal but am feeling like extremely tiredness no strength in legs and arms now again am feeling the same feeling which I had comes through before every doctor telling the reports are normal but am not feeling well every one suggesting the multivitamin tablet now I recently I tested widal postive in my blood with typhoid O and H are in 1:80 dilution so please let me now for what problem am facing now day by day am getting tensed about my health please help me out

It is almost 50 days since you had viral fever . You have recovered. You have taken lots of antibiotics during that period but none was based on evidence that they were indicated.
Now you should take some nutritious diet with Daal, seasonal vegetables, Roti and Daal to your choice . You should take soups especially made from beet root, spinach and carrots. You should also take halwa made from sooji or atta with some dry fruits.
You should take fresh Fruits .
In addition you should indulge in outdoor activities according to your energy level .
These things will help you regain your strength and improve your mood.
1:80 is not positive for typhoid
You had a viral illness following which there can be weakness
To give a specific treatment need to check all the medicines that you are already taking as well as the tests that were done till now
U are suffering from thyphoid fever
It needs complete antibiotic course n rest.
If not treated in time it can cause intestinal perforation (hole).
So dnt take this condition less seriously.
