While playing on road with crackers , the matchbox fallen on roadside grass where sometimes dogs also play and eat the food items thrown by people. One person picked up the Match box and thrown towards me which touched to my mouth. I got minute scratch inside mouth yesterday. Does this incident is a risk for Rabies infection or just my doubt?

This incident does not carry any risk of rabies infection. Rabies spreads only through direct contact of infected animal saliva or neural tissue with fresh wounds, mucosa, or bites.
In your case, the matchbox was an inanimate object that had fallen on the ground, and there’s no evidence of fresh saliva contamination or dog bite. Hence, no rabies exposure or vaccination is needed.
However, if anxiety or fear of infection is troubling you, I can guide you in detail and assess your case personally to clear all doubts.
